My Approach for Sensitive People & EmpathS

I am passionate about wholeness for every child & person. I am like a midwife that assists in spiritual awakening, or coming back to who you truly are inside, as I help people with their mental health. In our time together, I use clinical expertise, decolonized holistic principles, and intuition to help you:

Navigate the landscape of your subconscious mind while supporting you in embodying your authentic self.

  • Uncover internalized thoughts concerning how you were parented and how society impacted your view of yourself.

  • Support you in developing a deeper connection—and love—for your unique differences and neurodiversity, your body’s nervous system, your spiritual inclination, and who you truly are that is inherently connected to the Earth, your community, and the universe that surrounds us.

Training

By training, I am a licensed therapist and a school psychologist. More importantly, I am a student of life who has lived through the experiences I teach about. I’m deeply committed to facilitating other’s growth, advancing therapy, and connecting people to true wellness.

On my journey, I have worked with adults, children (and their parents), families, & couples. I have experience in clinical, school, and the private sector, and have received specialized post-graduate training by Dr. Beck’s colleagues in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), where I fell in love with having useful skills to partner with others.

the power of DECOLONIZED holistic healing

I personally discovered the power of decolonized holistic healing on my journey to connecting with who I truly am. Recognizing how the mind, body, heart, and soul are interconnected, I found ways to ease anxiety, depression, and common challenges like trauma.

Systems, intersectionality, communities, advocacy, the planet, nourishing foods, and the power of belief—all became real to me as I saw how deeply these elements are interwoven into the fabric of our health.

I now teach others how to discover true mental health—rooted in self-assurance, authentic self-love, and a deep connection to their true selves in harmony with life around us—so they can experience genuine wellness, happiness, wholeness, and real life.

Here’s to a better you; which makes a better world.

Your existence is sacred.

You are radiant…

I SPECIALIZE IN HELPING INTERSECTIONAL SENSITIVE PEOPLE AND EMPATHS.

I work with people who see the bigger picture, and are concerned with people and the planet. People that take loving responsibility for their actions, and understand that their development is a way to better the whole.

A better you, makes a better us.

I offer virtual therapy sessions for everyone in Virginia.

our shared values

  • Ecological Healing

Martin Luther King says, “All life is interrelated...” Holistic health means our health is interconnected with the environment. We are one with ourselves, our ancestors, communities, society, and the planet. Mind. Body. & Soul.

  • Social Justice

This is a culturally responsive, 2SLGBTIA+ affirming practice that honors humanity. Not only do we hold the intersection of identities scared, but we actively carry the spirit of advocacy in our very existence.

  • Health Starts Within

Health begins from listening to our greatest teacher, ourSelf. Deprogramming from untrue narratives is key to accepting (then loving) who we are. True health comes from genuine self-assurance.

  • Growth

We revere the inner mandate to evolve and embody more of our potential in accordance with our divine nature. Actualizing our capacity honors ourselves, our loved ones, and the world we are actively making better.

I talk about decolonized holistic mental health, intersectional environmentalism, ecological healing justice, grounded intuition, and wellness for intersectional sensitives and empaths. I show audiences how to uncover the source for all sustainable change, the Self, deep down inside.

“Although attempting to bring about world peace through the internal transformation of individuals is difficult, it is the only way."
